Isengard is already fighting three or more of its neighbors, so they are less likely to declare war on you, and if they do, their forces are still split. I think Elrond should go on offensive and start taking Dunland out of the game. If you continue to turtle, Isengard will eat Enedwaith, Rohan and then Lorien. 😛 I already mentioned that the Mithlond build-up basically crippled your economy for 20+ turns.
In short, those early game units are cheaper and quicker to recruit, but they are that for a reason! They are not as good bang for the buck as the Noldor or even Sindar units.Īs for the map reveal, it is showing what happens when the human-led Good faction is passive. Noldor-Sindar stack is plenty powerful already, too. And those same archers will make short enough work of great beasts, too. All right, crossbows hurt plenty, too, but Noldor archers can usually outshoot crossbows if it comes to it, or smack them with cavalry. A Noldor stack has nothing to fear except great beasts and trolls. You saw what happened when you had the Argond fight with your line of your starting units vs.
Running a bit behind in catching up, so the comments are somewhat late, but…
